About Us

Monica is a beautiful and enterprising 15 year old from Toronto. She wanted to find ways to help children globally that are suffering with childhood diseases or injuries. As a little girl she suffered a fall from a parade float that could have proven to be fatal. Luckily she healed and her story became the hit children's book, Monica and The Zamboni .

Because of her experience in the hospital as a little girl, she knows how frightening it can be for a child who to be ill, frightened and away from their parents and siblings. Monica always knew she one day would want to help the kids get well or at least help their quality of life.

May 1, 2009 Officially launches , Teens 4 A Cause.  

Monica needs the help of other teens in North America. She will be sponsoring each year a TEENS 4 A CAUSE WEEK , whereas she will ask teens to give up one pizza, or buying a movie ticket or 1 CD. Instead if they can send their pennies or dollars to either charity, then Monica and friends are on their way to raising 1 Million Dollars to help the ill children.

Together she is confident that Teens Globally can help make a difference !
